Prosecutors in Paris today opened a manslaughter inquiry as Argentinian police removed the bodies from the wreckage of the helicopters.

Air accident investigators have yet to reveal the cause of the crash, which happened around 5pm local time yesterday.

The celebrities were taking part in a survival TV series called Dropped for French TV when the crash happened in a rugged mountain range in La Rioja province.
A cattle farmer has told how he rushed to one of the helicopters to try to rescue survivors, but was beaten back by the heat and smoke.

David Ocampo said: 'One of the helicopters sounded as if it was firing off shots or experiencing small explosions that were completely out of place.

There were about five metres between the two of them, but the one in front seemed to stop and that caught my attention.

'The other one smashed into it from behind with its propellor after trying to swerve to avoid it and fell to the ground and exploded. The earth shook when they fell.
'I rushed towards it to see if there were any survivors but it was just a ball of flame.
'I couldn't see anything really, just smoke and the tail of one of the two helicopters between the bushes.'

Earlier, it emerged today that former Arsenal footballer Sylvain Wiltord missed the doomed flights because he had been voted off the show the day before.

A statement from local government officials identified the remaining victims as Laurent Sbasnik, Lucie Mei-Dalby, Volodia Guinard, Brice Guilbert and Edouard Gilles, as well as Argentine pilots Juan Carlos Castillo and Roberto Abate.
The accident happened at around 5pm on Monday shortly after the two aircraft took off in a mountainous region of La Rioja, in Argentina's north west.

Disel Cuneo, government spokesman for the province, said: 'There are several French nationals among the victims. So far we only know of two Argentine victims.'
There were unconfirmed reports that one of the victims died after jumping out of one of the helicopters seconds before they crashed.

Another provincial spokesman, Horacio Alarcon, said that the two helicopters appeared to have collided during filming.
'There are no survivors,' he added.

Alexis Vastine, a boxer who won bronze at the 2008 Beijing Olympics (left) and Florence Arthaud, who won the transatlantic sailing race Route du Rhum in 1990, were also reported to have been killed

Camille Muffat, an Olympic swimmer who won gold in the freestyle at London 2012 and is a former world record holder died in the helicopter crash

Ladies send me messages saying they want to be like me - Dabota Lawson; says she & her hubby have a Disney love story

Billionaire wife, Dabota Lawson Aku says she gets a lot of messages from ladies saying they want to be like her. Dabota said she's worked so hard since she turned 17 to get to where she is now. Dabota said this while speaking on the misconception people have about her.
"A lot of people are carried away by the pictures of me they see online. It's just few minutes of my life all dressed up and edited with filters. Especially when it comes to being a wife, no man wants an airhead or 24 hours Barbie for a wife. No man who has worked and experienced real life and has made his billions will acquire a beautiful mannequin for a wife. I am educated. I work hard in business and in my home I clean, cook, go to the market, take care of my husband and kids.
A lot of ladies send me messages saying they want to be like me. Whilst I appreciate such gesture, I want people to understand it didn't happen over night. I started working from the age of 16 in the UK. even though my dad was the MD of NAFCON. He spoilt us silly. I have always been grounded with the fear of God I finished school with a 2.1 in Financial Economics from the University of Leichester before going to London School of Business and Finance to further my studies. In all of this I was still working and managed to set up my business. When it comes to my look, people should just get used to the fact that because I am part of the Entertainment  industry, changing my look is inevitable for various jobs especially in Nollywood. I am dedicated like that and instead of trying to pick on me, I expect that they should the extra effort I am putting in" she said
On how she met her billionaire husband, Dabota said she would liken it to a Disney love story
"Our story is like that of  a Disney love story. I really don't want to say much because I have a special occasion that I'd share our story. It's quite touching but I will save it for another day. Apologies everyone but don't worry, all will be revealed soon"she said
Asked if it was love at first sight, she said
"I really don't want to go into details but oh my God, my husband is the most persistent man on earth. The first time we spoke, we talked for hours. It felt like we had known each other for years. We immediately built a strong friendship that turned into true love. That's all I can say"she said
Asked what marriage has taught her, Dabota said
"I have become closer to God since I got married. My husband teaches me a lot and has helped me improve my prayer life"she said

Oh no! Woman sets fire to $30,000 cash hidden in the family stove (photos)

A Chinese woman named Hao Bin, 35, accidentally set fire to £20,000 cash that was hidden in the family cooking stove. The money, which was meant for her husband's staff salary, was hidden in the wood-burning stove by the woman herself but forgot she'd put it there when she went there to make a pot of tea.

Her husband had given her the money for safe keeping the night before, but the next morning, Mrs Bin threw a lighted march on the stove to boil water for tea. The burnt money pictured above

She only realized her grave error after she smelt the burnt money and saw the plastic bag filled with Chinese bank notes. She threw water on what was left of the cash, but it was too late...everything was gone!
According to local media reports, the devastated woman took the charred remains of the money to the Bank of China t see if they could do anything for her, but was told that they couldn't exchange the notes since only less than half of each note was left

Reacting, the husband, Mr bin (pictured above), said he'd forgiven his wife for the error
"We had not been paid ourselves yet for our work, but I needed to pay the workers so we borrowed the money from friends and family, and we wanted somewhere to keep it safe for a day before paying it out. It was a hard blow, and my wife is devastated. But I have forgiven her, and we will survive.'
It's common for Chinese people to hide their money at home - in pillows and socks instead of keeping it at the bank. Most of them don't trust their banks..
